Instead, what is better is a total body bodyweight circuit to start each workout that takes 3-5 minutes. So for example, a squatting exercise, a push up and an abdominal exercise.

    @rungirl on the elliptical make the setting at a resistance were it is smooth but kinda challenging #1 .run on elliptical for a minute at normal pace @ for 30 secs go at a fast sprinting pace …( i like to keep the rpms at a certain number) and rest for a minute ..then repeat the process …in 10 or 15 minutes i feel like i just did an hour and a half…and lost fat quick

    heey dont give up man, cut the carbs and fats about 2 weeks, just eat lean proteins and water and do cardio with lifting weight and you’ll see that fat disappear !! just donĀ“t make that diet too much time, it can be dangerous for your body…

    crunches dont work! do high intensity running or interval running and ull lose fat off ur stomach… then do crunches to build ur ab muscles… it will show more :)

    i could be wrong but i believe that provided your outputting more energy during your day that you input, youll lose weight. interval training is a good way to to get your heart rate up and use all the energy youve put into your body during the day. eat smaller servings. make it a healthy feed, dont skip breakfast, and be active during your day:) everbodys comments have been quite helpful too so cheers
