Forget just about looking fantastic at the beach, most people are eating and living an unhealthy lifestyle, do it for your own personal health and well-being. Exercise 30 minutes a day whether it is weightlifting, a quick run or even some pushups and situps. It WILL make a noteworthy difference in the long run. Mostly be pleased with who you are. lifes too small to obsess over your image.

Buy some rope and … Buy some rope and head down to a park with a playground and tie it on the pull-up bars they always have around there for the small kids. Or, you could do what I do. Find something comfortable to hang on. Grab it and start working out. Pulling your legs up and such.
Do 1 hour of ab … Do 1 hour of ab exercises every 3 days. Make sure you’re feeling the burn. If you’re not then make sure you’re using the right techniques and apply yourself more.
Get’s you sweating … Get’s you sweating + muscle helps burn stout. And if you’re going to lose stout, you’ll doubtless lose muscle too so try to keep tone with these types of workouts.
