I despise high … I despise high intensity cardio. It burns way too much muscle, it drains your energy out, so if you do it in the morning you feel like crap the rest of the day, its tough on your heart and nervous system. Slow, to mid-intensity is the best way to go. The only time when i find high intensity to be useful is when you hit your plateau and you need to get out of it!

In other words: shorter bursts, less muscle fatigue, more stout loss.
More stout loss than intervals at a longer duration and much more stout loss than even-paced ‘cardio.’
Not really. If you … Not really. If you were to exercise HIIT vs low intesisty for the same period of time you will always burn MORE stout with HIIT. Low intensity burns a larger PERCENTAGE but HIIT burns up to five times more calories than low intensity thus significantly more stout. Does it make sense?
thats right.. coz … thats right.. coz when u start doing a high intensity work out.. ur metabolic rate goes up.. n ur body needs more energy.. if u wanna lose weight.. just eat a excellent food.. wats the point of eating unhealthy food if u wanna lose weight..
1 hour at high … 1 hour at high intensity uses more energy than 1 hour at low intensity.
BUT, 1 hour at low intensity burns more calories from stout than 1 hour at high intensity.
So if you want to loose weight it’s doubtless better to go with the low intensity aproach. Except if you have say less than 30 minutes to train every day, because if you train so small time at low intensity you get your energy from mainly from glycogen, and not so much from stout.

Have never heard … Have never heard that. How much stout would you absorb from one Hostess cupcake anyway? It does not matter what training program you do, you have to pay attention to nutrition as well. If you train at a high intensity but eat crap all day long then of course it will affect your stout loss.
I heard the only … I heard the only breakdown of doing high intensity cardio is that afterwards your body readjusts itself so whatever you eat it comes right back even quicker than you would doing low intensity and eating afterwards. For model: 2 people, 1 does high intense, the other does low intense. They both don’t workout at all the next day and eat a Hostess cupcake. The one that did the high intensity cardio gets most of the stout gained right back the one who did low intense. Given most terrible case model.
