    I like eggs, but i’m hampered by having to remove the yolks when I eat them…although the yolks taste so excellent, it’s just unfortunate. how do u get around it or u just don’t care?

    depends on how much … depends on how much work (out of bodybuilding) i have. i could sleep an hour after my last meal, in that case, ill chunk up 5 to 10 amino capsules, and hit the sack

    @durrah1986 What do … @durrah1986 What do you eat b4 you sleep? Do you eat RIGHT before you sleep? Because I heard you should eat right before you sleep with a complex carbs so your body doesn’t eat your muscles why you sleep.

    first off, the … first off, the meals im eating barely have calories, they do, but not enough to compare with the way i train, let alone quick metabolism, plus u burn calories just by having muscle. So unless one of the unfortunate who gain stout just by breathing, this diet is supposed to torch u.

    second, first time i ever hear someone eating oatmeal before they go to bed, its usually eaten in breakfast.

    last but not least, if you watched my last video, i clarify how things may work for sum, and not for others.

    You say ” I don’t … You say ” I don’t now where else you would get the stout from” well if you do consume more calories then you burn won’t your body make stout? Also what about carbs? I eat Oatmeal everynight before I sleep and I have brown rice so I’m taking in alot of carbs. Been told that carbs will make me stout by a competitive bodybuilder.. this right? Because I have been gaining a noteworthy amount of weight.

    I work in a kitchen so it’s very hard for me to eat whole meals, so for eg. i’ll have a shake, 1 banana on 1 slice wholemeal toast

    ramadan is my rest … ramadan is my rest time of the year, i train very set alight, i eat only after i break my quicker, 2 to 3 meals, no supplements, its sort of a cleansing month, and not just physically.
