first off, the meals im eating barely have calories, they do, but not enough to compare with the way i train, let alone fast metabolism, plus u burn calories just by having muscle. So unless one of the unfortunate who gain fat just by breathing, this diet is supposed to torch u.
second, first time i ever hear someone eating oatmeal before they go to bed, its usually eaten in breakfast.
