jump using toes. … jump using toes. dont jump using ur heels cuz it stops the jump impact. ljump using ur toes and land with ur toes because when u land it bounces u down and back up. cheers

@beebobox No, … @beebobox No, really when you loose weight, it burns it off all over the body, not is certain spots, its only takes longer to tell in certain spots of the body because there maybe more stout.

skipping will … skipping will increase your virtical jump a lot. its really excellent for basketball players to do. skipping everyday along with calf raises every day, your vert will increse 3 inches in 3 weeks

he doesn’t even … he doesn’t even signal he’s struggling, and he’s going mega quick lol. does anyone know if it’s best to do this everyday or every second day? i’ve heard that u need a break every second day for ur muscles to heal but i dunno if that’s right.. oo and also would i have to eat overly healthy to lose weight while doing this or just eat a bit healthier?? ..i’m not so excellent at the whole will power thing..

when i train i run … when i train i run a few miles then go in and skip for a few rounds as a work out this alone makes you sweat like a beast …a sure way to lose body stout
jumping jacks are … jumping jacks are also very excellent mainly since u tend to jump higher and use your triceps
So im just … So im just wondering what is this like compared to running? i.e if i skip for 2 minutes would that be the equivalent of say 1km? i was running every day to improve my cardio but got injured and stopped running for a while and now i dont want to run outside coz the weathers crap
