    If your trying to … If your trying to lose weight, its hard to gain muscle also. What i did was, i reduced my calorie intake from 2000 a day, if not more. To 700-1000 a day. I did at least 500 sit ups a day, and lifted weights every other day. I did that for about 3 months, and i lost about 60 lbs.
    Not saying everyone can do the 500 sit ups a day. But just by reducing your calorie intake helps, and make those calories you do consume, make those from fruits and veggies.
