    @haylstorm13 Abs … @haylstorm13 Abs are a amusing thing to maintain. Once you have them, they are hard to lose, as long as you maintain a somewhat healthy eating habit. If your worried about your arms being skinny, do some push ups and squats at home. Just do them until you feel a excellent burn, then wait a few minutes do again about 3 or 4 times, and do that 3 days a week. Trust me, I’m going to be a personal trainer pretty soon.

    @kustomcougar okay … @kustomcougar okay thanks a lot you have really helped me! i will definately try your coffee trick haha, the only thing i am worried about is bringing up the rear too much wieght even if because unfortunatley have skinny arms and legs and its just my tummy thats the problem :/ this doubtless sounds really stupid but if i do this and see results to i need to continue this to keep the results ? :P
