    Very right which is the face I am going through now..
    I have very strong abs but I can’t see them that well unless I pull my stomach skin down.. You should also work and what you said is right, I retract my previous statement(If possible) I have followed up on a stout blast rountine and it involves nearly every muscle.. It has worked quite quick from what I’ve seen

    @Joshmv14 Isn’t spot reducing stout not really possible? And the abs are pretty small muscles and won’t raise your metabolic rate much. Of course it cant hurt. But you can have strong abs and not see them behind your stout.

    Your theory is not all that right because when you are working out and working a particular muscle that muscle will burn quick around it for energy.
    So if you work that muscle(In this case your abs) you can burn the stout around it. (Your stomach stout).
    I am just telling you from what I know. Not trying to be an all knowing annoying A** :)

    It’s possible for you to work out lacking push-ups, but, your arms are going to be extremely weak, while your abdomen and legs are going to be much stronger. So yes, you could ignore them if you just want to get rid of stout on your stomach.
