I think everyone in the gym starts to get wrapped up in all the talk and hype of products and stuff they see….I love seeing videos that go back to basics and bring the focus back to form and listening to your body..Thank you for taking time to make the videos.

@DeathStroke13 thanks dude. But i am not lactose intolerant i am algergic to milk but not to cheese and yogurt. Lactose intolerance effects the digestion and i dont have a problem digesting it lol
