    Maybe you should try exercising? You need about 30-60minutes of cardio 3-5 days a week in order to lose some stout. It would also be best to strengh train also so you can have a better ability to do the cardio workouts (1-3 days a week)

    Maybe you should try to drink about 8 glasses of water and 8 hours of sleep.

    I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
