I’ve gained 12 kg … I’ve gained 12 kg in 2 years .. i have problems with being too skinny .. now i reckon im too stout, i weigh 54 kg.
I am doing that … I am doing that plus taking a Multi Vitamin and going to the Gym 4 times a week. I am bringing up the rear weight just as quick as this guy and building muscle. Also I feel much better and I am not fatigue at all during the day, so
To TheLizardKing… … To TheLizardKing…really it’s not. Your body naturally regulates it’s weight and if it feels you are bringing up the rear weight to promptly it will adjust your metabolism so you will not lose as much. What’s unhealthy is having extra stout full of toxins weighing you down.
Can anyone say ” … Can anyone say “Unhealthy”. It is very Unhealthy to lose weight that quick. Walk four miles a day, eat less and drink lots of water.
