How can i lose 10 pounds in a month by skipping?
I am 5"11 and weigh 189 pounds. I want to lose 10 pounds but i dont know how. I want to know how to lose 10 pound by skipping. Like how long do i have to skip and how many times a week and ect. Thanks for you participation.
By the way, i want to do it naturally, no pills or anything. And i need actualy times and numbers of how much i should do a day.
