How can I lose 15 pounds pounds in about 2 months?

I need to lose about 15-20 pounds in 2 months. I’m just a couple of pounds overweight but want to be in the 120′s at least, with a flatter stomach, smaller thighs, firmer butt, etc. Yall get the point. Any tips on how I can reach this goal?

jenny craig or eat excellent food and go to the gym and stuuf but geuss you would allready be doing that you could buy or hire a home gym take tha dog for a walk go for a run or somthing i dont know and you could take the wimps way out and get lipo but that expenditure

    Don’t eat after 6 pm, drink more and more water
    You should , start eating right ,healthy food, original fruits, real juices and make sport…. you can eat salat, yogurt because some of them have no more calorie…

    This is what I did and it worked:
    I ate 6 small meals linking 6am and 6pm:
    Kashi Go Lean with skim milk
    half an apple and 1/2 cup cottage cheese
    carrots and green peppers (no dip)
    half an apple and hard boiled egg
    small salad with chicken
    tuna salad and 10 saltine crackers

    Not eating past 6pm (or four hours before you go to bed) was the key for me. I also ran about 2-3 miles a day, 5 days a week. I really lost 13 lbs. in 2 weeks this way. Excellent luck!References :

    to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 1/2 stone since may its fantastic and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its fantastic and really fun ! fantastic question goodluck !References :
