How can I lose twenty pounds and tone up in about two months?

I am an 18 year old girl, 5’8", and 150 pounds. I’m going on vacation in the beginning of January, and I would really like to lose twenty pounds and get in shape. I want to do it healthily so that I can build up some muscle because I’m going to be in a bathing suit. Thanks!

Start a running regiment. Its the easiest and quickest way to lose weight. That with free weights. I’m about to begin my marathon training friday I’ll drop 20 lbs easy in the next three months.

    Well, if you loose about 2-3 pounds a week for 2 months, you will reach your goal. First i would suggest you find a healthy work out that you can do 5-6 times a week. For toning up, i would suggest Yoga or palates. Make sure you find something you really enjoy. Also cut back on your food a little bit. Like if you drink soft drinks i would say cut them out. It is really not that hard and you may even lose it in less time, but i would recommend you take as much time as possible. Concentrate more on your exercise more than on food. :) i hope this helps you out a little.

    only drink milk and water. run daily. excersize 5 times a week. and take a diet drink or pill.
