How many pounds would I have to lose before I start noticing a difference in the way I look?

I am 24, female, 5’3", and started out at 132 pounds. I have lost 7 pounds so far, and I don’t reckon I look any different. How many more pounds do I have to lose before I start looking thinner?

Well are you just trying to lose baby stout or gain muscle. I personally went through the same problem I was trying to lose stout and gain muscle both at the same time. I went to a physician cause at the time I did not have one. She told me if I wanted to look thin and healthy I needed to change my life style she told me i needed to get rid of all junk food because of course what you don’t have you can’t eat.

So now that all the junk is over I can tell you how much you need to weigh to start seeing some what different I needed to lose 15-20 pounds whenever I went through this problem I weighed about 130 Lbs. I finished up bringing up the rear 23 pounds and got it off so there os your answer and i hoped i helped you out and others too

    i went on a water diet and lost about 15 pounds and just knowing that the number dropped made me feel so excellent and i started noticing it in my clothes and looking in the mirror. you’ll soon be able to see it!References :

    Bodyfat is a better indicator of weight loss, try getting a bodyfat caliper or a handheld one. Once you start getting close to 10%-12% bodyfat you will doubtless start seeing some definition. Single digit bodyfat and your abs should start showing.

    Exercise regular, eat right and you’ll get there. Have to be consistent.References :
