something you can do that I really don’t recommend is to do fasting, basically don’t eat anything for a certain amount of time. Only drink water. I would only do this for a week tops. This can really kick-start major weight loss very promptly.References :

1. Eat healty food and not more than 900-1000 calories a day plus dont let the food tempt you no sweets at all
2.Excerise do like crunches, run, play sports with friend, or get wii fit or play with the wii if you have it
3.Search the site for some running activites and like some excersies
4. Share tell your parents so if you need to buy something they can help and your friend so you guys can play sports bc it can be fun
