How do I lose 10-20 pounds in the remaining days of February?
I’m eleven and I weigh about 150 pounds. I’m 5 feet 3 inches, and the computer says I need to lose 6 pounds. That’s bad, because I’m doing physical fitness testing in March. Help!

Have a really good breakfast like a bowl of oatmeal and some fruits!
And make sure to eat 5 small meals throughout the day!
Also try eating lac fat and low calorie foods!
And cut out all the sugar!
ONE more thing EXCERCISE!!
it doesn’t have to be boring though!
Try buying a 3lbs hula hoop!
If you hula hoop for an hour you can burn up to 600calories

For your height you should weigh 115 lbs.
So you should lose like, 35 lbs…
eat 1200-1300 calories per day.
exercise for an hour everyday.
do crunches.
you can lose about 2 lbs a week.

umm a good start would be eating good and exerciseing daily and surgery could help but running sprits and distance runs are good
and btw burn your twinky stash

something you can do that I really don’t recommend is to do fasting, basically don’t eat anything for a certain amount of time. Only drink water. I would only do this for a week tops. This can really kick-start major weight loss very quickly.

If you want to lose weight and lose it fast, I suggest you use proactol. My mom and aunt swear on it. A week after they started using it, we all noticed their weight loss. If your interested and want more information, below is a helpful site.

1. Eat healty food and not more than 900-1000 calories a day plus dont let the food tempt you no sweets at all
2.Excerise do like crunches, run, play sports with friend, or get wii fit or play with the wii if you have it
3.Search the site for some running activites and like some excersies
4. Share tell your parents so if you need to buy something they can help and your friend so you guys can play sports bc it can be fun
