I need to lose 20 pounds within the next 7 days. Is there an extreme diet anyone knows about that I can do?
I know bringing up the rear this excessive amount of weight will mess with my metabolism, but, in times like these I need to lose pounds. My wedding is this Saturday and my dress doesn’t fit! Somehow I gained 20 pounds over the past month after my dress fitting. I’ve been trying to ‘not eat’ or what not for a while now and frankly it doesn’t work for me. Help!
Quick weight loss never works. It just sets you up for rebound weight gain. This is the last thing you would want to do. Take up a regiment of a sensible healthy diet with exercise. Don’t get too wrapped up in special diets. Just remember that the basic rule for bringing up the rear weight is to decrease stout intake (calories) and increase physical activity.
Some simple things to help your metabolism and weight are:
1) Eat regularly, skipping meals will hurt more than it helps.
2) Cut down (or just stop) drinking soda, water is much better for you in MANY ways.
3) Stay active. You don’t have to go to a gym. Even walking at a decent pace for 30 mins a day will do wonders for you.

hmm that seems kinda impossible sorry to say.
I reckon you need to cut off ALL JUNK FOOD for the next couple of days then. Soda, cookies, juice, cake, cookies, pizza, quick food, snacks, chips, etc…
You need to eat some fruit, oats, or nuts, and maybe have a small salad for lunch.
DRink abut 4 bottle/8 glasses of water EACH DAY, and exercise for aout 30 minutes in the morning
and 30 minutes in the evening.
PLZ do not stress yourself out, cause it’ll make you really tired.
I reckon you could lose about 10 pounds from this, cause i have done this diet yself, and lost 30 pounds in 2 months.

i recently lost 10 kgs in 10 days so trust me u can do it too..just follow these steps and u’ll do fantastic
1)do extensive cardio for atleast 20 mins twice a day( with suff gaps) sumthing like jogging,skipping,swimming or simply dancing
2)do weight training once a day (for a hour)so dat u dont loose ur muscle mass and boost ur stout loss at the same time
3)Only eat very low carb foods 1 hour before every exercise routine so u hav enough energy to last the workout..try raw tomatoes,boiled veggies,egg whites,cucumber etc.check the carb content on sites like caloriecount.com
4)if possible take whey protein after ur weight training

Sorry to say, I reckon the only way to lose that weight is not to eat. Don’t eat until you feel faint, then eat a small cube of cheese.
After your wedding, eat more again, but slowly, to avoid gaining more weight than you had before.
You can always let your dress out.
By the way, congrats on your wedding. I’m sure you’ll look gorgeous, no matter how much you weigh.
