If you are eating right, excercising daily, getting the nutriants your body needs to function properly and you lose more than three pounds in a week.THAT IS NOT UNHEALTHY. I HAVE DONE it and i kept the weight off. but like you said losing weight from stress, pills, drugs, or unatural things too fast can damge your body.

even though i wish i could lose more than 3 pounds per week. it is unhealthy. you have like this cushion under your kidney. If you lose more than that per week this damages the cushion.
I’ve lost more than 10 pounds per week due to stress twice. And i gained them back since “fast loss means fast gain” and trust me it happened to me. I gained them really fast. And i’m worried that i have damaged the cushion under my kidney. I hope i didn’t though
