LOSE 15 POUNDS IN 3 WEEKS WITH ME! – Day 1

This is Day 1 of a daily blog/vlog of a program I place together to lose 15lbs in 3 weeks.
with the push ups, crunches (abs), and dips I did 3 set 20 reps, with the pull ups I did 3 sets 10 reps.
The body burns stout 3 times quicker when incorporating strength training into the program. For breakfast on Day 1 I had two slices of toast and a banana. For lunch I had a turkey sandwich, and for dinner I had baked chicken and veggies. For my two snacks I had a few graham crackers and a protein drink. I usually toggle back and forth linking water and gatorade when replenishing the loss electrolytes in the body.
NOTE: It’s very vital to eat according to your body type and weight, NOT MINE. Calorie intake should be as follows. Multiply your body weight time 10 and that’s the amount of calories you should intake to maintain a certain weight. for model if your goal is to be 120lbs you you should only eat 1,200 calories a day. Now this does not factor in the extra calories needed for daily energy exertion. for more on this “google it!”

No. They say (your a dude right? I see jimmy so I’m taking it your a dude) a man should have 2,000 calories a day. GOOD HEALTHY CALORIES! And you doubtless work out too. So it depends on how quick your metabolism is, if your working out, and what your eating too.
People’s bodies are different, and the calorie x thingy is not always right.
But it is safe for a woman and a man to stay linking 1,800 -2,500 calories… No less than 1,400 cause thats just unadorned redonkulous.

Destorm Was In Fitness and saying it isnt possible and I wont lose that much. wel yes he told you you may be different in bringing up the rear the weight then him exactly. Destorm i always watch your vids your a fantastic man and fantastic at what you do :/
5 pounds a week is … 5 pounds a week is a lot. 1000 calorie a day defecate will be 7000 calories. and 7000 cal is 2 pounds. you are talking about twice more than that. i reckon its too much. 5 pounds is not a lot.
I’m confused, I eat … I’m confused, I eat linking 1500-2000 cals a day and I weigh 135 , wouldn’t I weigh 150-200 pounds?? :S
