@javatkor pills and surgery should be the last resort. they’re just temporary and way too costly. i know this sounds cliche, but really, eating right and regular excercise is what tones you up and keeps it off.

you should limit the calories you eat EVERYDAY!! If you eat fast food.. Stop eating it COMPLETELY.. And try to exercise at least twice a week.. Try riding a bake or swimming..
