Oh I’m a believer … Oh I’m a believer alright just not in this crap. I’m a believer in educating yourself about nutrition, being active,will power and making a healthy lifestyle. I once weighted 315 pounds and through exercise, genteel nutrition and together with my daily calorie intake I lost 108 pounds in 5 months. Weight loss is very simple to know! You have to burn more calories than you take in. I have kept my weight off for over 5 years. NOTHING WILL REPLACE HARD WORK, SWEATING, AND EDUCATION!.

You know what, … You know what, I’ve done the diet…I’ve done my own research and my own trial and miscalculation….and it really ticks me off when someone treats me like I have to give them my tricks an tips so that they have some quick and simple solution to their issue, while I scrimped and shabby with trial and miscalculation to gain my accomplishment.

Do we need to sign … Do we need to sign up and spend money to buy at the diet website you are refering to?If so how does it makes you difference from others. I really wish ppl would come out and say I ate x, y, z food did p, q, r excercise and lost m amount of weight in n days…
