    For me I lost 30 …
    For me I lost 30 lbs by a reduced calorie and total stout diet, but i gained it all back. I felt so terrible when I ate over my calorie limit and ate “terrible foods” so now I’m trying to just eat a healthier by eating every three hours and for my snacks i eat fruit, veggies, or low calorie snacks. If I want to eat a small bit of junk food for dinner or snack that’s ok, just eat till I’m satisfied, and I’m pretty satisfied with eating every three hours
