I felt so bad when I ate over my calorie limit and ate &quot;bad foods&quot; so now I&#039;m trying to just eat a healthier by eating every three hours and for my snacks i eat fruit, veggies, or low calorie snacks.  If I want to eat a little bit of junk food for dinner or snack that&#039;s ok, just eat till I&#039;m satisfied, and I&#039;m pretty satisfied with eating every three hours</description>
