Have you ever used it for a month and how much did you lose?
I haven’t used it myself, but do know people who’ve had excellent results. If you stick to the plot, you can’t help but lose weight.

Really I know allot of people who use Medifast, and it is quite impressive for people who refuse to exercise… I am told that the food gets pretty ancient after a while, but I am also told that you never get hungry…
