I’m thinking about trying the medifast diet. But i was wondering if any one had any success with medifast and how long did it take you to lose your weight and how much did u lose?
The Medifast diet has showed some very promising results in helping people lose weight.
A John Hopkins University study suggests that the Medifast plan helps participants quickly and safely lose weight by decreasing the amount of calories consumed. The study also suggests that participants with Type 2 Diabetes lost 2x that of individuals adhering to the American Diabetes Association’s recommendation. Additionally, Medifast shows results in participants with other illnesses, like hypertension.

yes and it was down right horrible! first off, there are only a handful of these companies that push food products that are actually worth your tim and money…and we all know them by name like ediets, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, etc. Honestly I tried them all (I even worked at Jenny Craig and got food for free!) and none of them are worth the money. The best thing to do is find a program in which you use your OWN foods. I now use Balanced Diet and its amazing. So easy. You login, plan your meals and it pints out a grocery list with recipes the works! You get free workouts and free access to a personal trainer and nutritionist, which in the gym would cost about $1500. This is what you really want to be looking into….never trust food based companies..there are tons of news reports about their unhealthy ingredients and also most of them are started because they make tons of money on advertising.
