Again, I'll say the answer is not clear cut. It could take up to three weeks for your body to adjust to the number of calories you take in. You could drop 5-10+ pounds in the first month, or it might take two to three to see any major changes. It may not be what you want to hear, but there is no exact number of pounds you will lose in the first week or month. It definitely depends on the person and the amount of dedication to the entire diet (including external factors such as exercise aside from Medifast).
