I just recently ordered the Medifast diet and awaiting its arrival at my doorstep. I have read very excellent reviews about this plot and was wondering if anyone else out there has had excellent/terrible results or diverse feelings about this diet? Any thoughts or suggestions?

I LOVE MEDIFAST!! I started on may 28, and as of today 9-4-08 I have lost 50 pds. To make it work you do need to stay on plot 100%. This is the most incredible diet. The support you will receive from medifast and people just like your self is really fantastic.
