Lose Weight And Improve Your Health With A Quick Weight Loss Diet.
Do you ever feel a little heavy? Okay, for few persons, this is an understatement. Lot of us feel overweight. Now, what do we do about it? Well, I’m pleased you asked. It’s time to take charge of your weight. It’s time to get back the figure you once felt great about. What you need is a fast weight loss diet. When I say quick weight loss diet, I don’t mean something unhealthy or harmful to your health overall. This is the final thing you want.
However, you can drop those additional pounds if you are willing to put forth the attempt. In the end, I promise you; it will be worth it. The last thing you want is to be overweight. This affliction can come with some severe health risks. Are you ready to get started?
Have you tried a number of diets, but they never seem to work? Well, maybe it’s time to consult a professional. A personal trainer and a nutritionist can do wonders for your figure. You need to adopt that diet and fitness system that works particularly for your body. You see, we are all different and have different needs. This means that you may want to focus on different areas of
your body than your best friend.
One of the key problems with today’s society is their mentality. No one wants to work for anything. Well, while you certainly can find a quick weight loss diet, you might as well expect to work out some attempt. How bad do you want to look nice and be healthy? I watched my close friend struggle with his weight for years. However, his chief problem concerned his tenacity. He simply had no will power. A quick weight loss diet will not prove successful without a committed individual. Eating healthy and exercising regularly are still the major factors when it comes to dropping unwanted pounds.
Do you ever surf the web? Well, if your answer is no, then I recommend you start. The Internet is loaded with fitness regimes and nutritional information to suit any individual. That quick weight loss diet is most likely lingering in cyberspace, just waiting for you to take a gander. Believe me, those extra pounds that you wish to shed so badly, can be discarded with the proper diet and exercise routine. It basically comes down to how bad you want it. The information is at your fingertips, folks. It’s time to take benefit of it.

Why are people willing to risk their health to lose weight?
I’ve notices this pretty scary trend on this site. As a Master Fitness Trainer, I am concerned with fitness moreso than weight. I understand that people want to lose weight quickly, but at what risk? Is it really worth it? Wouldn’t you rather lose weight slowly and improve your health than go on a crash diet that ruins your health, ultimately slows down your metabolism, and causes you to gain more weight?
What can be done to stop this trend? I know that many Americans are overweight, but I think in the long run, this obsession with quick weight loss is going to cause a health crisis greater than that caused by simply being overweight.
Because people don’t want to listen to the fact that it takes hard work and discipline to lose weight. They want a quick fix, and those usually aren’t healthy. But they don’t care, because they’re already poisoning their body with the crap they eat everyday. It’s sad.

I agree with you, I’ve noticed that trend in questions here as well! People want to lose their weight yesterday, but they took the time to eat badly and gain it over time. It takes longer to get it off. I’ve lost my weight slowly and learned my weight training in a slow period of time. Losing weight is a learning process of a new lifestyle. Crash diets don’t teach you anything…and once they start eating regularly again, they gain it right back. People will do what they do, so I don’t know what can be done.

You make an excellent point. Many many people are willing to do extremely unhealthy things to be thin. (read the question above yours in D&F to see a good example)
Ultimately, education is going to be the answer but in a much wider spread than people realize. Every major woman’s magizine has a weight lose or exercise related article each month, but many of them don’t give very accurate information or give conflicting information. That needs to stop before the problem can be fixed. A magizine or the internet is no substitute for real professional advice (as I’m sure you know)
I hate to jump on this bandwagon but people need to know and accept that being thin and being healthy aren’t the same thing. And just because a woman is a size ten doesn’t mean she’s overweight. Young kids are so impressionable and the messages they are bombarded with each day scares me. There are so many body types, not every woman is going to be pencil thin, not every woman will have J. Lo curves.
The way people think about body type and health has to change for any real reversal of this disgusting "Thin at all costs" mind set.

I think its a combination of two things: desperation and false promises.
From a young age, most Americans get their idea of beauty from celebs, as well as altered magazine photos and the bad influence of their friends. They are constantly bombarded with these images, and wish sooo much to be like these people.
So, they turn the page of these magazines or flip the channel on their TVs and see an add for a "miracle" weight loss product, claiming they can lose lots of weight in a short amount of time. Perfect! Not being educated about the fact that these products don’t work or about proper health and nutrition, they buy these products and the cycle of yo-yo dieting and crash dieting and weight gain begins.
With all these false promises and miracle products, who wants to hear about "healthy diet and exercise"? Thats too much work, there MUST be something easier out there.
I think its incredibly unfortunate. I think the best answer is to find a way to properly educate the public.

It easy 2 say "why" when normally the people that say "why" are already thin or "average size". Being a "thick beauty" is hard to accept especially when at least 70% of the population is of average size. It takes alot of prayer and acceptance. There r so many quick fix programs out there that sometime it’s a rush. But personally speakin I can’t afford all those gym’s, pills and infercommercials that are out there. Just try 2 eat as healthy as possisble, walk when possible and pray. It almost always fall in line. GOOD LUCK.
