quick weight loss diet – My friend wants to know one?

My friend is looking for a quick weight loss diet as he wants to lose some weight before his brothers wedding in 3 months.

He should start by making a calorie deficit of around 500 so he starts bringing up the rear a pound a week. He should also do cardio to help burn those calories. Also tell him to lay off the junk food and drink plenty of water. He should also hit the weights because not only will it allow him to erect muscle which burns more stout in the long run but it will also be fantastic for his mind.

    umm well the bulk of it is deff. dieting but mainly i would tell him to do mad cardio and abs work and a small bit of toneing machines wouldnt hurt but when he does his cardio get a garbage bag and cut out arm and head wholes then place just a regular shirt over it and just go running where everu prefer the bag will conseal the heat and make u sweat huge time n burns stout a lil quicker and dieting wise tell him to get ready to eat alota salads u can get like chicken salads or steak but only once n awhile and the only meat things that i would eat is fish cuz they’re very high in protien and have less stout just dont get the deep fryed fish and if he does want to cheat a lil cuz every1 does whatever he goes to eat make sure it’s all grilled cuz deep fried stuff is bassicly quick food..but i would just eat alota salads if you never noticed you never see a stout vegetarian lol but those are just sum small thingsReferences : 7 years of soccer
