    how do you turn stout … how do you turn stout into muscle when muscle cells and stout cells are 2 different things???? What happens is that you are building the muscles under the stout and once u start to get stronger the stout starts to burn off.

    yeah but when you … yeah but when you erect muscle it just turns the stout into muscle… and muscle is heavier than stout. so wouldn’t you gain weight through building muscle?

    I’m in the same … I’m in the same boat as you and trust me when you get use to it it gets simpler and simpler. You have to challenge yourself otherwise you’ll never loose the weight.

    Keep going and focus on how you feel afterwords! You’ll feel incredible trust me :)

    keep working out , … keep working out ,I’m 5″7 and I weight 160lb doubtless I gain 10lb more of what I used to weight and I just don’t like the way my tummy looks like, with a lot of stout on the side I need to burn it.
