how do you turn stout … how do you turn stout into muscle when muscle cells and stout cells are 2 different things???? What happens is that you are building the muscles under the stout and once u start to get stronger the stout starts to burn off.
yeah but when you … yeah but when you erect muscle it just turns the stout into muscle… and muscle is heavier than stout. so wouldn’t you gain weight through building muscle?
