What are some good, quick weight loss exercises!?
I’m 5 foot 9 inches & I weight 168lbs! I don’t look that terrible, but i have some extra stout on my stomach! What are some excellent execises that can help me lose alot of weight in 2 1/2 Months?
I need some manely for Abs, Butt, Theighs & Upper Body! Thanks
The best exercise that works on abs, butt and thighs at the same time is as follows:
Lie down with your hands (the palm area:) under your decrease back, so as to support your decrease back.
Now lift your legs a few inches away from the disturb a curfew. Hold this posture for a few seconds and then gently come back to normal position. Do again this for a few times every day.
You will feel the tension and some pain in your thighs, butt and of course abs.
Slowly increase the time and/or the number of times you do this exercise.
Drink lots of water (at least 8-10 glasses a day) and do some cardio. Always caring when you want to work out ur tummy..
