what are some specific exercises i can do at home for quick weight loss?

just stuff that’ll help along with a drastic change in lifestyle, i’m trying to get a good working regime.
Run 45 minutes each morning on an empty stomach. No carbs after 6pm.

squats, squat until it burns and then do it 15 times and then do 30 more.
