Whats a really quick simple way to loose weight really fast? Exercise isnt an option for me.

    Hey!! im 15 years old and i am 120 pounds. And im also russian! you can try the grechka diet(its a russian diet) you can look it up on google if you dont know what that is. In a week you can lose up to 10 pounds! but i only went for 3 days and lost 4 pounds. It was amazing! ;) Hope everything works out!!

    There is no simple way to lose weight fast…especially if you dont’ want to exercise.

    There are only two things you can do to burn fat. You can cut back on the calories, trying to eat about 500 less than you burn each day. If you search the web, you can find a BMR calculator. This will give you a rough estimate of how many calories you burn each day. If you eat less than that, you may force your body into starvation mode, which will cause your body to hang on to every bit of fat it can. So, stick to eating 500 calories less than you burn.

    Next, why is exercise not an option? You can go out and run for free, and cardio is the best kind of exercise to burn fat. Doing regular cardio (30-45 minutes 5 days each week) will greatly accelerate your body’s fat burning process.

    The first called EODD,it’ s about calorie cycling.It’s broken down into “burn days” and “feed days”. During the burn days, you eat only 30-50% of your maintenance caloric intake. During the feed days, you consume up to 150% of your maintenance caloric intake. You are allowed to eat the foods that you like on these days as long as the portions are controlled.

    only dieting won’t make a much difference to your body. Both dieting and exercising is the best way to go.
    Please do simple exercises (just walking, jogging, etc.)

    Eat less and more often.
    Add more fruits and vegetables to your dieting system.
    Drink lot more water. (that’s the key)
