Adidexin, diet pills – ways to lose weight?
I’ve been taking Apidexin, (diet pill)
for three days and really cutting down on my food.
What exercise can i do thats honestly simple that burns calories?
I’ve been doing weights and 200 sit-ups before bed.
I’m thinking of doing a three day detox starting tomorrow using the "Detoxufree" pills that came with the apidexin, But how should i do it?
Just not eat for three days and take the pills?
Should i drink fruit juice and water?
please recommend any kind f simple exercise and detox plot

you should warm up for 30 minutes walking/jogging on a treadmill or outside, then do some lifting, floor exercises and end up with some more cardio, like basketball
don’t to the hardcore work outs during a detox!

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
