Best way to lose weight?
Okay, so I’ve been struggling with my weight my whole life. I want to lose 50 – 70 pounds as promptly as possible. The thought of having to diet and exercise nearly every day for 8 months seems way too far away and too hard. I’m 6’5" and I’m 272lbs currently. I’m a university student and I work part time, so time is not really on my side.
Does anyone know of any really excellent methods to lose this much weight quick? I know that I can’t lose this much in like 2 months safely, but the quicker the better. I’ve tried several programs, none of which were thriving. I don’t have thousands of dollars to pay for some fancy treatment, but I’m willing to dish out a honest amount if it gives me excellent results.
