Can you eat only fruits and veggies to lose weight?

I would eat alot of this everyday also would I gain if I eat too much of these foods?

depends.. you would lose weight but at what cost… you fix one issue but then another arises… you need a bit of each food group… btw..too much fruit can be terrible thing… lots of sugar in most fruits… mainly store bought… it would suck pretty terrible to lose a ton of weight and now end up with diabetes.References :
