@LabakiTurbo it’s actually cool to be in that 3% knowing that you’ll never get overweight(unfortunately my brothers aren’t in that 3% for some odd reason they’re both a little obese). But even so even if you’ll always be skinny no matter what you eat you still should eat healthy and exercise for better health. And it could actually increase mental power. But every time I indulge(like on Thanksgiving and birthdays and so on). I eat alot!!!

@LabakiTurbo No I don’t think I’m too skinny. I never said that. But seriously I can eat all the crap I want and not gain a pound. But you know I’m going to stop doing that. Because I want to look good for spring break and summer and be healthier (I’m already skinny but I don’t have enough muscle however I already have good abs). From watching other how cast videos like how to boost IQ and improve memory eating well and exercising can affect that. So I’m going to try to stop my bad habbits.

calorie counting, if fine. and eating less than you burn causes weight loss, sure. but DO NOT EAT TILL YOU ARE FULL… unless you eat only one small bite of food per 2 minutes. your stomach can expand to account for a very large intake of food, and as they say it can take 20 minutes for your fullness to register (if you ‘ate till full’ you’d be eating still 20 minutes after you were actually full, duh).
