If you really want to lose weight healthily, take advantage of your youth. You’re still growing, and growing uses up loads of calories. Try cutting out bad habits like soda and sweets. Replace with healthy food, long walks to and around the shopping mall, and sports. Reward yourself with non-food treats and love yourself. Good Luck

    All excellent tips – but I also recommend juice fasting/feasting to detox your body. That is if you also want to flood your system with nutrients and be healthy – not just lose weight ;)

    don’t eat any carbs! Eat eggs in the morning or a protein shake don’t drink apple juice only drink water or milk. Try to make a sandwich with meat only and no cheese or mayo. Add veggies to it like lettuce or tomatoes maybe pickles if u like them. Instead of just 1 item get apple slices with carrots or some type of vegetable. Don’t eat any left overs just drink a tall glass of water. Remember to exercise everyday and do yoga. Try talking to your doctor about your weight.

    Eat breakfast every day and if u don’t like it, buy some protein shakes. Exercise every day go walking running or biking. Turn up the music and dance. STOP EATING SCHOOL LUNCH! If it means waking up earlier to make ur lunch do it! What i do is yoga, yoga is peaceful it relaxes you and it also sheds any extra calories. Don’t drink anything except water and milk. No juice or tea unless it is chamomile or dandelion. If you have cellulite buy soap with coffee. Coffee is proven to remove cellulite.
