They never said … They never said anything about NOT eating, you still eat lunch and dinner and with a sweet snack somewhere in there. eating because it tastes excellent over actual hunger is a reason alot of people gain weight and you have less energy afterwards from being so full. You don’t have to stuff your face all day to get nutrients…

Each semester during the week of midterms and finals, I stay up or don’t ever go to sleep.
Maybe they mean, if you stay up you’ll realize you’re hungry and keep eating?
Because.. I don’t eat during all-nighters, just study. I mean, it doesn’t cross my mind to eat, it’s not that I’m forcing myself not to. By the end of last semester I lost 6lbs from finals.

Exercise is … Exercise is vital but so is diet. If you exercised an hour a day but pigged out on junk food, you will still gain weight. Avoid the junk and that hour of exercise will help a lot. Sodas contain around 100 -200 calories a serving depending on type of soda. Diet sodas are loaded with toxic shit. Water has no calories, no stout and your body needs it anyway. Also, yes bananas are incredible.
