I need a Diet to lose weight by the time my sister gets married!?

I need a simple diet plan to help me lose 20 to 40 pounds. My deadline Is from now February 28th to April 24th 2010. Please someone help me this is so important to me I really want to lose this weight before my sister gets married. PLEASE HELP ME!
Cardio exercise definitely helps, but mostly it’s what you EAT. It’s good to eat lots of fiber.
Here’s my diet – I eat diet cookies (yummy chocolate chip) that are packed with fiber, so it makes you go to the bathroom at least 2 times per day, so it cleans out your body. And also I replace 1 meal per day (lunch or supper) with a diet shake and a diet cookie.

Or just don’t eat for a day or 2 tell your stomach shrinks then eat very little and exercise a bunch.

Eat ONLY three square meals a day NO SNACKS
Breakfast should have little milk only 1 bowl of cereal
apples and bananas as only fruit melons oranges etc. only make you gain water
water as only drink
salad(with any type of meat is fine), vegetables, and jello (mix not store made) as only lunch or dinner
eliminate bread or anything ANYTHING unhealthy and lessen milk intake
try exercising 30-60 min a day it will help for faster results
also try to clean your colon
IF IT GETS HARD GET SOMEONE TO MAKE SURE YOU EAT 3 TIMES A DAY & FOLLOW THIS AND NOT CHEAT AT IT!!!
it worked for me and i went from 170 to 150 in same amount of time of course now i’m 210 cause of football and gained muscle
