how come i … how come i salivating and craving food all day and night after a small 15 minute cardio sesion? my muscles also start to get flabby and i drink and eat enough calories. help me out.

to erect muscle you … to erect muscle you need high protein but when it comes to carbs you need the excellent stuff from fruit etc but not much sugar and artificial stuff.

I’m doing this … I’m doing this exact thing right now. I’ve lost 30 lbs so far. Been working out for about 45 – 50 days now. It’s fantastic. Got a pretty long way to go but the muscles of my forearms are showing much more now and my ribs are starting to show also!! I’m feeling fantastic!!

Let’s say I’m 175 … Let’s say I’m 175 pounds and 20% body stout, so I need to digest 1750 calories a day to maintain weight. If I make a deficit down to 1400 a day, and my body uses my stored stout to erect muscle, what do I place my calories to after my body stout has reached a low number? Do I go back to the 1750 a day?

i’m down 15 lbs in … i’m down 15 lbs in around 3 months! (and watching your videos the whole time!) from 130 to 115. goal right now is 110. i just started lifting weights, because i realized that even even if i’m bringing up the rear weight my body is still the same “shape”, just smaller… and i want a better shape, lol. keep up the videos!!!
