What is the best and most effective weight-loss plot? What has worked for you?
After gaining nearly 60 lbs. from my last pregnancy, I REALLY need to lose the weight. I am contemplating joining weight watchers, but am not certain it is the best plot for me. I cannot afford ANY diet plot that expenditure money, but I am desperate. I want to learn to eat more healthy foods and change my lifestyle. I know I could do this on my own lacking the support of a diet plot, but I need everyone’s opinion. Has anyone lost a lot of weight and how?
At the moment, I’m on my own diet, I just picked up a lot of tips from here and there and combined them. I cut out a lot of junk food in my diet, I replaced crisps and coke with fruit/ veg and drank water instead.
I also keep a food diary which helps show me what I am eating and where I was going incorrect, it’s incredible when you look at what you eat over the day, you don’t realize at the time that one biscuit here and there adds up.
The most vital thing for me was exercise!! I started of gradually, I bought a few dvds, which you can buy cheaply on Amazon in their sales, and i also started using my treadmill which was bought and never used!! So far I have lost a stone in the past four or five months.
It’s also excellent to lose weight with someone as it helps to motivate you, but once you start exercising and drinking linking 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day, you will soon start to see the benefits. And don’t be strict, allow yourself treats, once or twice a week, you wont stick to it otherwise

I lost 50lbs by eating healthy, exercise, and having a support group. Sometimes it can be hard to place it into everyday life when you can get so busy with work, school, family, ect. But eating less and exercising more will show results. For my support group I joined http://www.fit4lifefriends.com
