Trying to lose weight – am I eating right?

I’m trying to lose weight promptly.
I just want to make sure I’m eating the right things.
Today I had a small roll with salad and chicken in for lunch
then I’m plotting to have a vegatable stirfry with no sauce so just unadorned stirfry
if I eat similar things will I lose weight quick? How long till I lose a stone do u reckon?

As a general of thumb..you should be on a high fibre low stout diet to include protein.
Also you will need to exercise in order to realize desired results! No pain = No gain!

I am in the same boat. I have lost 10 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks by limiting my carb intake to no more than 30g a day. Try eating half the roll next time, other than that it sounds like a excellent lunch to me! Keep up the excellent work!!!
