what are harmful extremely quick ways to lose weight?

my friend has recently dropped pounds like insanely in the past week. she looks sooooo much skinnier. i’m worried that she is harming herself in weight loss. what could she have done to drop weight so quickly in such little time? does this mean its harmful to her?
It is possible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight rapidly then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as rapidly. DNP, but you’ll never be able to find it as only 2 distributors in this country sell it underground. It used to given to obesity patients but was banned due to cataracts after prolonged use (1year+)

yes, losing weight too quickly is more harmful than helpful. it will actually make the weight come back quicker and heavier

she could have starved herself, purge(use laxatives, vomit, or whatever that gets rid of food quickly)

There are a few unhealthy ways to drop weight quickly. I am having a moral dilemma posting them though. There are too many 13 year old pseudo anorexic girls on this site that would probably use this list as a cheat sheet to lose weight.
I would talk with an adult or a counselor at school if you think your friend is doing something potentially harmful to herself.
