Can you give me some weight loss tips?

Hello!
My name is Joy,and I recently went on a diet and loss 10lbs.(yay!)
I am now 5’6 and weigh 145 lbs.
I am still not pleased with my weight and want to lose 15 more lbs.
I eat VERY healthy and exercise ALOT, but I am having lots of distress. I can’t seem to lose more weight!
So, I was wondering if anyone can give me any tips?

Start doing yoga every morning. Yoga can make you feel comfortable and cool. I would recommend eating fruits and vegetables. Also, eat a healthy breakfast. Breakfast causes you to be up and ready every day. Get a excellent night’s sleep. You will feel better when you wake up. Hope these tips help you!

    You should combine diet and exercise for best and quick results.
    Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from stout and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in day, including snacks, not 3 huge ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plot;
    Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea
    Snack: nuts or fruits or yogurt
    Lunch: Salad
    Snack again
    Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad
    You should exercise for best, quick and permanent results. You can exercise at home straightforwardly with a excellent program. And support it with walkings or runnings. There is a excellent program which includes exercises and eating plot. It is most recommended one. Me and my friends use it.     You’re doubtless not one of those people who can be extremely thin lacking trying- and I know you doubtless don’t wanna hear this but maybe you just have huge bones- orrr you have a slow metabolism, and if you’ve already lost 10 pounds, then just keep up what your doing and eventually you’ll lose the 15 but your doubtless one of those people that have to eat healthy all their life and excercise all the time to maintain that weight – excellent luck :) References :

    Congrats on the 10 lb loss!
    I found that when I started drinking green tea, I mean the natural nothing added stuff, I lost a few pounds lacking really doing anything!
    Also, make sure you drink lots of water. It sounds silly but sometimes your body can mistake thirst for hunger. So if you find yourself hungry linking meals, have a glass of water and wait 10 minutes. If you’re still hungry, grab a healthy snack such as a piece of fruit.
    The best exercises you can do lacking any fancy equipment is to run. Go until you reckon your legs wil fall off, then slow you pace (but don’t stop!), and pick it back up again when you can.
