Can you give me some weight loss tips?

Hello!
My name is Joy,and I recently went on a diet and loss 10lbs.(yay!)
I am now 5’6 and weigh 145 lbs.
I am still not happy with my weight and want to lose 15 more lbs.
I eat VERY healthy and exercise ALOT, but I am having lots of trouble. I can’t seem to lose more weight!
So, I was wondering if anyone can give me any tips?

Start doing yoga every morning. Yoga can make you feel comfortable and calm. I would recommend eating fruits and vegetables. Also, eat a healthy breakfast. Breakfast causes you to be up and ready every day. Get a good night’s sleep. You will feel better when you wake up. Hope these tips help you!
You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results.
Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan;
Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea
Snack: nuts or fruits or yogurt
Lunch: Salad
Snack again
Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad
You should exercise for best, fast and permanent results. You can exercise at home easily with a good program. And support it with walkings or runnings. There is a good program which includes exercises and eating plan. It is most recommended one. Me and my friends use it. You’re probably not one of those people who can be extremely thin without trying- and I know you probably don’t wanna hear this but maybe you just have big bones- orrr you have a slow metabolism, and if you’ve already lost 10 pounds, then just keep up what your doing and eventually you’ll lose the 15 but your probably one of those people that have to eat healthy all their life and excercise all the time to maintain that weight – good luck

I found that when I started drinking green tea, I mean the natural nothing added stuff, I lost a few pounds without really doing anything!
Also, make sure you drink lots of water. It sounds silly but sometimes your body can mistake thirst for hunger. So if you find yourself hungry between meals, have a glass of water and wait 10 minutes. If you’re still hungry, grab a healthy snack such as a piece of fruit.
The best exercises you can do without any fancy equipment is to run. Go until you think your legs wil fall off, then slow you pace (but don’t stop!), and pick it back up again when you can.
