Ok, so i am 5’3 and 125 lbs, i play softball and basketball and have a practice/game nearly every day. i am only looking to lose a small weight around the stomach area. my legs and arms are muscle and that’s pretty much it, but i wanna lose some weight in the stomach area. starting today i am eatng no fatty substances and going for a 1 mile jog. any more tips?

It is hard to lose weight in just one area, as the body tends to use the stout from all areas of your body. You can’t "train" it to just take the stout off your stomach. But you can butt the stomach area in exercise and erect up the strength in the supporting muscles so that your stomach area will be converted into flatter, tighter and appear smaller. Why not just do some walking every day, giving up on all drinks but water
and sticking to vegetables, salad and some fruits?
Also eat raw stuff like celery, cucumbers, carrots etc. it is as simple as this.

The basics of weight loss are not as complicated as people make it out to be. You need to simply change your diet to healthy whole foods, fruits and veggies and get plenty of exercise.
