Calories don’t … Calories don’t matter. It’s WHAT your eating, not how much. BMI is a terrible indication for the individual (97% of the NFL is considered to be overweight according to BMI).

Yea are the like … Yea are the like Fiber Plus and special K excellent. I like them and I have them in my purse all the time. I eat that when I want Quick food. SO its excellent there, but I would like the healthier choice.

my doctor says that im fine and i rly can’t gain weight b.c well, i just can’t! it’s impossible! so ive learned to accept my body even even if its on the very skinny side
