Question by Sunflower: Is it true that a person with hypothyroidism (under active thyroid) cannot lose weight?
I have an under active thyroid, and would like to lose 70 pounds. But I have heard that this would be impossible. Is that true, or not? And if it isn’t – what can a person in that situation do to lose weight?
I am taking thyroid medication, by the way.

No, it’s not impossible! It’s about 100 times harder though.
